Yeah, now we're arming Sunni militias as well, under the old (and discredited) theory that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".

Just like when we armed Osama in Afghanistan...

Driveranderson, you are sorely mistaken. We absolutely armed and financed Osama as part of our suport for the mujahedeen fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan. You should read a little more once you get your foor back out of your mouth.

It is clear you have no clue what is happening in Iraq.
You even have events wrong in Afghanistan. You claim we armed Osama but the man getting our aid was Masood You know the dead leader of the northern alliance, but you just forget all the details because you it will confuse you bunky because the facts get in the way of a good liberal talking points.

The current Iraqi Parliament is mostly Shiite.

And it's the Sunni militias that the US is currently arming.
