You will be suprised to find how cool the summers are here. I live just outside of St. Paul and during the day the temperature rarely rises above 85 and the nights can be cold, somtimes even down into the 40's. You can just imagine how cold winter is.=)
You might want to dress mostly in T-Shirts and shorts, but if a cold front hits, it will get chilly, especially at night. So better pack some pants and long-sleeve shirts just in case.

The weather is cooler than here in Kentucky. I just got back a couple weeks ago. I was in Duluth. Better stay from I-35, I am sure that is a mess near that bridge that fell. Typically it does not get as hot up there as down here in the South. I would even say take summer clothes but take at least one small jacket and some long pants.
