Okay, this person has a restraining order against you, but she moved in with you? You are setting yourself up for a stay in jail buddy! YOU need to call the police and let them know what is going on. You are acting like she has some sort of power over the relationship, and you are a helpless victim. Don't let yourself be a victim. Just call the police, tell them she has a restraining order against you, but moved in with you, and it's not working out between you.
You say you want her to leave, and you say you want the restraining order lifted. You really need to just get away from her. This whole relationship sounds like bad news.

A person that is living in YOUR home secured a restraining order against you - another resident in the home? That makes NO SENSE!
Is this a girlfriend? Is this a former roommate? Who is this person? Their name is SO irrelevant for this posting.
Please structure your situation in a sane & clear manner. If you are clear in your questioning, you will be able to get a much better answer.
If there is an actual, active restraining order in place, then you should not be asking her anything.
From what you've said that is WAY more to this than what you're writing. Lay out the whole picture, please.
I wish you well!

Only she can get the order lifted now and youre right youre definitely not in the best of situations here especially if she decides to play games. Worse yet is the fact there is no realeasy way out of this except to get yourself out of the residence. This may be what she wants but it beats going to jail and having a record following you everywhere. You may want to contact your local legal aid association for advice on what can be done locally. Good luck

Nope on both. The joys of living a hermit's life. No stress. No infractions.

just get one against her and consulting a lawyer will help as well
but liek you said until then, watch what you say cause shes dialing 3 numbers away from getting you arrested and being up to no good in your house ALONE while you are in jail.
