Well lets see since you didn't specify for what I would say I would pick Obama over Hillary for head dog catcher in the inner cities because he looks more athletic. However I would pick Hillary as head meter maid in New York because once someone looks into those eyes they will pay their fines because they would never want to see her fac to face again. As for president of the U.S. it's too early to say. Catch me on that in about a year.
