I have had fatigue, bloating, sudden acne, and I had a boil on my face late last year that had to be treated with antibiotics and now I had a infection on my gum, I saw a dentist, there was nothing wrong with my teeth, the dentist was puzzled, and it was treated w/ antibiotics as well.
I take good care of myself,am disease free, not overweight, etc. but wonder if I have a some sort of deficicany and could try taking specific vitamins or some other type of alternative treatment? Serious answers only.

For your fatigue, try taking 500 to 1000 mcg Vitamin B12 sublingually (that is, under the tongue).
For bloating, take multi enzyme formula (digestive enzymes) - 2 tablets after meals- only if you are over 40 years old. But if you are under 40, try drinking green tea.
Eat more fruits and vegetables to prevent acne.
And drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

I choose suggestions to classic medicine. My grandmother replaced into Cherokee and he or she used distinctive forms of herbs. Even kitchen spices have medicinal properties, use ginger for discomfort and inflammation of arthritis, very effective and can't take the NSAIDs that medical doctors recommend, they eat my abdomen up. I honestly have a small collodial generator, have not used it for numerous years yet could make my very own colloidal silver.

Disclaimer: This is not a diagnosis or prescription...it's general information.

You've probably got leaky gut. This is actually a common, under diagnosed problem. It's actually caused by antibiotics in most cases...even from many years before.

There is no one vitamin or herb that'll solve it, but a combination of things that are needed.

1- PB-8 or another excellent probiotic.
2- olive leaf extract to wipe out the bad yeast
3- glutamine (5 gm 2x a day) or IntestiNew (to patch up the holes in the intestines made by the bad yeast.)
4- a good multi-enzyme to reduce the stress on the digestive tract while things heal up
5- a little zinc to help fight acne

Tea tree oil lotion can also be applied topically to any acne on the skin.

Good luck and be well.

Get a good colon cleanser. There are lots of them on the market. Cleaning the colon will help with the skin problems. Also think about some cranberry juice ( to help the kindneys remove toxins) and some type of probiotic ( yogurt, kefir or tablets) You need the probiotics to replace the ones that the antibiotics killed in your system.

You can find all of them online or a good health food store.
