Empire Strikes Back, hands down. It had the best direction of them all, it set the tone for the series to be truly epic, although Georgie ruined it with friggin Ewoks in Return of the Jedi, but that is neither here nor there . Lucas is an amazing concept guy, but his direction of episodes 1-3 is just awful.

Revenge of the Sith. It tied everything together really well, and kept my attention (as well as a bunch of other girls I went with) through the entire thing. It also convinced my friends that star wars isn't as dumb as they thought.
