By less than 5 cents, do you mean less than 5 cents per card or what? There is different software available where you can buy your own business card stock and then just print them yourself for the cost of ink and cardstock, or you can order them from various places and just pay the shipping. One I recommend is...

I will print 1000 business cards for 4.5 cents ea.
In addition, I will use a card stock that is much thicker than you will get from vistaprint.
I will UV coat them if you like.
