Well ,, ok the other day i was on my way to work and was sitting in rush hour traffic and i have a Jeep cherokee so it sits up above alot of cars and i happened to look over at the car next to me and omg there was this young guy with his penis out rubbing it, I dont even think he knew i even saw him and he didnt even pay any attention to me he was just doing it, has any others ever seen that before, i was like starring at him for the longest time !
I am not sure what catagory to ask this question in, can someone please advise, so that maybe I could get some answers?

Good Lord! No I havent. I guess if it was big and beautiful awesome for you! I probably would have laughed and honked the horn to see if I could embarass him. Maybe since he was stuck in traffic he was having phone sex....on speaker phone??? Crazy men.

no i have never seen this happen but just reading your story it sounds as if he knew -there are ways of looking at someone in the corner of ones eye without moving the head or neck or even the eyes . this would be a point of why he was doing this but most women look away in your case this probaly made things harder for him since the thrill is to shock women not invite them. you probaly got a first timer run into him two years from now it will be the opposite but this time look away.

Yeah, one time we were in the Winnebago, and my mother in law was driving...I walked up front and was looking around, and there was a guy next to us just pulling the taffy big time.....I told my mother in law to look over there and she damn near went in the ditch when she seen him....I was on the floor laughing until I wet myself......lol

I've never seen that....but I often see girls with their legs crossed rhythmically moving one leg up and down for like 5 to 10 minutes. I've always figured that thats what they were doing.
