What do you mean? of course someone can get pregnant even if they're anorexic but her baby is not going to be healthy.

Just because you are anorexic doesn't mean cease to be able to reproduce. I'm sure it will have pretty negative consequences on her pregnancy though

I was anorexic and I got pregnant. Gained weight for the baby's sake and then lost it all after she was born. It is possible.

Anorexic people can get pregnant, too. Maybe she wasn't so far gone that it damaged her reproductive system.
