Without watching the tube videos you seem to be eluding to all I can say is that all of the things you mentioned are a condition of life-not a requirement but just part of being human.
We get into trouble when we allow possessions to own and define who we are.
When we allow something outside of ourselves to define who we are we begin to forget how to travel our own path. Look at the spot right in front of your path as well as off into the distance.
Be aware of where you are and where you want to go .

I think you have the problems here. I live below poverty level. I am very happy. I judge myself far worse than anyone else. I am not running--except I seem to be running toward death--not by choice though. I seem to have no problems--at least that I wish to discuss. What are your problems???? You are worried about others and I think you should worry about yourself. lol
