mary ellen is beautiful i really like it.middle names are not used daily they are more a private thing but if you are trying to make the name sound better i don't think you need it the name is great.

There's no need for a middle name with the name Mary Ellen. The middle name is Ellen.

Mary Ellen Elizabeth

only i could come up with that sounds okay to me, and it seems that a longer name fits better than a short one to me.
chances are shell be called mary more than mary ellen, so maybe a middle name isnt necessary.

my sons name will be Korbyn Michael Alexander two middle names.

I feel like Mary Ellen is complete in itself. Mary Ellen Kate just sounds far too long to me, and any other name added to "Mary Ellen" sounds too long, I think.

i don't think you should use a middle name if she has two first names. if you do, Kate or Lynn would be appropriate. i wouldn't because Mary Ellen Kate plus your last name (which i hope isn't to long by the way) is a mouthful

If you do use a middle name, I think Kate would be the name I would go with. I love it! Mary Ellen Kate!!!!!!!
