Nobody. It's a naturally occurring event, as in things combust in oxygen atmosphere under conditions of extreme heat or other high energy phenomena.

Nobody created it! Fire is the result of something called combustion--a response to the agitation of the molecules of a substance, usually due to friction--it occurred long before there were ever people! However, it was first discovered by Satan, so every time you strike a match you should thank him--if you don't you'll be an ingrate!

contradictory to what "pandasex" said. God did create fire just as he created all other things in this world. Well technically he didn't create the fire, the nomads did that, but God none the less created the wood to burn, the oxygen to fuel, and the energy to allow fire to exist, and last but not least, the mental capacity in humans to be able to put them all together.

fire was not exactly created but more like accidentally discovered when lightning stuck some plants/trees.
