When is One Tree Hill coming back? I want the date please and thanks =)

it will be coming back midseason - so in january 2008. and it has been said january 2 but not confirmed. also there has been 22 episodes ordered - a full season. in the mean time when fall shows start up there will be an online diary. to fill in the blanks about what is going on in their lives between graduation and the end of college. and while it was said that the season 4 DVD will come out sept. 25 of this year. the people at the CW has decided to hold it off until closer to the premiere date of the 5th season. so its possible it wont come out until early next year if not towards the very end of this year.

The season starts four years after the events of the fourth
season finale. Lucas is a best-selling author releasing his
second book, and is also the Coach of the Tree Hill High School. Lucas helps a struggling 18 years old and becomes very depressed and looks to his friend for help.

The show will return mid-season (January) -- timeslot undecided.
The storyline will be set 4 years into the future, skipping college
Online "diaries" will be posted in the Fall to help us fill in the blanks -- when & where is unknown
A full season has been ordered, 22 episodes

The tree died and the hill was leveled, so there will have to be a new name for the show. And new people of course.
