You can do this yourself. You don't want to look like a girl. First comb your brow hairs up toward your forehead. Trim with small sissors just the tips that are sticking up. Comb back brows to their "normal" place. See how they look, can cut off really long ones but not all the way, just trim .Repeat if you have to BUT don't take a whole lot off. You'll looked well groomed without the plucking. Guys should not pluck their brows because it shows and you'll get razzed good.

There's nothing shy about a guy taking car of himself. Women actually respect it.

You could also do it yourself or go to a salon, your choice.

Some people consider it a "gay thing" but i strongly disagree with that. At the end of the day, it's your personal choice.

Plenty of guys do it, but I would say only if they are just totally out of control, and if plucking just won't do the trick (and I mean if they are just hopeless).

Go to a *good* salon, otherwise you'll end up looking like a mannequin.

Then you should be prepared to defend yourself, because it will be obvious you've had them done.

is ok if you ask for them. It's a good thing b/c most guys eyebrows are wayy to thick and it's gross. Just tell the receptionist that you would like to get your eyebrows done. it's no big deal. You could probably call ahead to make the appointment. everythings easier over the phone

Of course it's OK! Guys do it all the time. My husband has had his eyebrows waxed in the past, he won't do it again because he says it isn't worth the pain! So he trims them now. A good barber would know how to clean a man up and make sure they didn't look to feminine.

Just go in and ask...plain and simple. Girls dig guys who take care of themselves and care for the appearance. Tell them you just want them cleaned up. They mainly will clean up the bottom, middle top and trim them a bit. No biggie. Let them know up front you just want them neat not shaped up. I recommend going to a spa, they tend to see more women and men versus just women like at a beauty salon.

Definitely go! There are lots of guys that get their brows waxed. It will look amazing and I bet you will be hooked. I have friends who go with their girlfriends to get waxed together! Good luck.... prepare for a little pain since you have never had it done before.

It is OK to tame your eyebrows at a saloon, just ask them not to overdo (ask for for example eyebrows like George Cloonie, not too thin, not too thick) because strong eyebrows add strength and masculinity to your face.

Ask at your salon to have them tidied up. She will just wax/pluck a bit so they are back into control :)

Don't forget to brush your eyebrows as it keeps them neater.

Try conditioning them to make them softer as well.
