Are you asking if we know what a ghost whisperer is, or if anyone here is a ghost whisperer? Not being sure, I will answer both. First, I know what a ghost whisperer is, yes. Second, I do communicate with ghosts and other non-carnate entites, yes.

Yes, but sometimes the spirits are so annoying the real ones don't whisper dear. Not quite as sweet all the time as Jennifer Love-Hewitt is.
