Not if you also use the land and he knows you own it. If it was on the otherside of a driveway or something and he was using it without your permission he might get to claim it after a number of years but you are using the land and own it so he can't claim it.
If you don't want him to mow it put a tiny little plastic fence up on the property line or plant a thin row of flowers. Or just tell him not to come on your property.

Your neighbor would have to fulfill several requirements in order to have a claim to your property by adverse possession. (Squatters' rights doesn't exist anymore--it's called adverse possession.) Just mowing the lawn does not fulfill those requirements.
If you want to keep him off your property then put up a fence or put some kind of improvement there, such as a flower garden or shed.

Have a survey done of your property and show the neighbor where the property lines are.
If they continue to come on to your property, install a fence a few inches on your side of the line.

Hell let him mow it, I would. When he is done ask if he wants to pull some weeds. Let him do your entire yard and wash your windows if he wants too. If he puts up a fence on your property thats when you get a survey done and say you are 8 feet on my side, move it.
Its your property, if you want to tell him he is trespassing go ahead. Or you might say I feel badly that you keep mowing my yard, but thanks. And walk off.

Yes. It's called "adverse possession". If he maintains the property continuously for 7 years at a time, it belongs to him. Ask him to stop.

Nope. You have a deed laying out the property line.
He is welcome to mow your whole year every week if he wants. It does not make your property his.
You could ask him to stop doing so, or you could put up a fence though.
