about my husband and I'm planning to go see my best friend and her 1 month old baby tomorrow on my day off and worried about school and hoping i will do OK in the LPN program

I'm thinking about how I shouldn't be wasting my time on here, how I'm upset because I have shin splints, how I should have been nicer to my sister, and how I should not eat the rest if the day.
I feel okay. Not good, not bad. I little lazy, a little worried, slightly in pain from my back, kind of dull and anxious, mainly grey.

I'm thirsty, so I think I should go downstairs and get some water, I'm also thinking its gone 9.40pm so I better go down and turn off the TV and read a book instead of sitting here all night. And the dog is very quiet, I must see where shes gone
