Involuntarily. Like when you're outside and you start to talk, a fly goes down your throat. That's what happened to me. I've heard that the average person eats about 8 spiders in their sleep in a lifetime. Kinda creepy and gross, isn't it?

Never on purpose, it was a Bee and it hurt so bad, I still have a little whole from it in my gums.
