i did stuff with a co-worker last night, but he has a girlfriend and we prolly wont do anything else, so was that a one night stand? we still talk to each other though

You should call his girlfriend and tell her what you guys did. Then they will break up and you can have him.

You definitely, and intensionally had a one night stand. The fact that he has a girlfriend is both dishonerable and disrespectful on both of your parts. I understand things happen but hopefully you feel bad about your actions now that you are thinking more clearly the day after. My advice is to confess to his girlfriend. You may lose your friendship with your co-worker but obviously he is not a decent guy if he is willing to cheat on his girlfriend with you. Would you want someone to tell you that your boyfriend cheated on you? Yeah I think you would. Do the honerable thing and clear up this mess. Now that you know what a one night stand is for sure and know what it feels like... stay clear of them. They are never satisfying unless you enjoy having meaningless sex with a different guy every night or every week. In that case, you would be a s-l-u-t. Maybe that should be your next question you ask.

Um yeah a one night stand would be anything that's a one time deal. It's good your not going to do anything with him again though because you said he has a girlfriend.
