It really depends.. people carry the weight differently. If you maintain a healthy diet and a healthy amount of exercise, and keep your weight gain between the healthy range of 20-35 pounds, you should look fine. Make sure you eat healthy foods and get plenty of rest.
I think pregnant tummies are beautiful!
The reasons for eating healthy, keeping weight to a minimum, and getting plenty of sleep is that it will prevent that worn out, washed up look.

Yes, a woman is going to get bigger while pregnant. Our culture is too obsessed about a woman being thin or skinny to be "pretty". I have about six weeks left of my pregnancy and I'm 23 pounds heavier than what I was. I don't care that I've gained weight. At six feet, 170-ish at the time of conception, I guess I was still pretty thin. (Although much healthier weight than the 155-is I was just a few months prior.) I've heard/read that the recommended weight gain is about 25-40 pounds during pregnancy. While I haven't been exercising the way I should, I eat a strong diet of whole, natural foods. (I do drink coffee, maybe too much, even though I mix half decaf, half regular, but I figure that coffee is much better than soda, especially since I drink organic Fair Trade.) Since last Monday or Tuesday, I've gained three pounds. I thought my belly felt and looked bigger.
As I've said, I'm happy with my weight gain. It's just evidence of the life that is growing and thriving inside of me. (She moved. I think this baby already knows when I talk about her. She often moves when I do, especially when I'm practically bragging.)
I also eat much more than what I did pre-pregnancy, but most if it is good, whole, healthy foods (as close as possible to what God made) and I think it's all going to the baby. I can still feel my ribs and hip bones; When I sit on my heels, I can still feel my butt bones poke down, too, but I don't know if that's any indication.
Also, because I'm tall, I don't have the huge round belly as some women and I'm thankful for that because it makes moving easier. (A good thing since my husband and are moving in a week and I've been spending my days packing while he's at work.) I can still (barely) get up from sitting on the floor, I can still take long strides, etc. Yet for some things, like turning over in bed, or even just sitting, I can feel it sometimes. I don't care, I think it's cool. Also, I think because I'm not huge, I'm not getting the veins, swollen ankles (my doctor checked on Friday and I think she was both impressed and jealous), etc.
Anyway, every woman is different. So what if you're not thin anymore. To me, it isn't a big deal.

each pregnancy women gain it differently. With my first I gained 80 lbs everywhere. It was digusting because I was soooo skinny when I got pregnant and then I just ballooned those last 3 months. I never lost the weight either. With my second child I only gained 30 lbs. and it was only in my belly and my butt and thighs. Some women look gorgeous while pregnant some look , well not. But your only 4 weeks along, and you cant tell until you start putting on the baby weight what you'll end up looking like.

One very nice perk is that your hair will probably get very full and thick. I had gorgeous hair during pregnancy!
As for weight, you will look like a pregnant woman. I think everyone understands that you have to get bigger to make a baby.
Some women do gain in places other than where the baby is, and some women are "all baby" - they pretty much just pooch out in front and go back down after.

My husband thought I was incredibly sexy when pregnant. He still thinks pregnant women in general are beautiful. Now that being said, it really depends on how much weight you gain during your pregnancy. If you take care of yourself, eat right, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep and don't gain horrendous amounts of weight, you should look good pregnant. Most women gain about 25 to 35 pounds when pregnant and most of it will be in your belly and breast area. You will see a widening of your hips as your pelvic area spreads to allow room for the growing baby.

Omg Don't even bother your brain with this, Pregnant women are beautiful. My Dad could probably see that glow people talk about. He always knows when a woman is pregnant, even when she is not showing yet. LMAO, kinda blew his mind when he saw that glow on me when I was 16. Yes you gain weight but it usually goes away after giving birth. For both of my kids, I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight at my 6 week check up. Enjoy being pregnant, after all every one is a miracle! Good Luck!!

I know when I was pregnant, I had more guys talking to me. Not disrespectfully flirting with me, but I did have a handful of male friends tell me that pregnant women are hot! I think it is the things that we cant see that they like. Our attitudes and personalities change when we are pregnant. A lot of men like the pregnancy glow. Some guys are just into the belly. I know, I myself couldnt understand it either. Obviously the guys dont see the swollen legs and feet, hear all of the belching and farting, and dont get to see the stretch marks!!

Well, I gained 21kg's in my pg and didn't care at ALL! Before the pg I was a vey slim and healthy athletic build, who grew a rather large *** in my pg! I was far too happy to be pg with my little miracle to care about what amount of calories I ate etc.. I ate for my baby the entire pg. I also managed quite quickly to lose the weight after he was born.
I think pg women DO look beautiful. they glow. Ok, perhaps not on "off" days, but in general I think pg is just such a beautiful thing :) Try to enjoy it as it ends soooo soon!!

Each women grows differently during pregnancy, look around at others and see how some fill out all over and some only gain in their tummy, there will be no actual way to tell what you will look like at any given stage until you get there. How your body handles it and how the baby is positioned can all determine how you will look at any stage.

Stick your bump out with pride and you will look gorgeous. Yes there are things that make you look rough sometimes (mine was legs like a elephant with water retention...not nice look) but on the whole you will look gorgeous. I have to say that I would never be very confident to walk around in my underwear with my other half around but being pregnant made me feel great. (Medically though I don't do pregnancy real good but I felt really nice). Enjoy it.
