Regular tofu, it has a bad reputation because 50 percent of its calories are from fat. But the total amount of calories in tofu is very low, much lower than equivalent amounts of meat or even avocado or nuts, and much lower than eggs, oil and solid cooking fats. A serving of tofu contains only about 80 calories—that would be about 6 oz. silken tofu, 4 oz. medium-firm tofu, 3 oz. firm tofu, or 2 oz. extra-firm tofu.

Possibly, if you eat a lot of it.
When you eat and your body absorbs the nutrients, and it doesn't want to let them go. Therefore, human bodies will store excess energy in fat cells. So if you eat a lot and have a very low level of activity, you will get fat.
