step 1:-
You can send a password retrieval request to Myspace. Just enter the email address associated with the account, and Myspace will send your password to that address. But remember to change it as soon as you get the password.
If this fail, try step 2:-
"There IS another way to prove that you are the rightful owner of the account. A salute is a photo of yourself holding a handwritten sign with the word "MySpace.com" and your FriendID on it. You can find your Friend ID number after "friendID=" in the web address when viewing your profile.
After taking the salute photo, you will need to upload that photo to the Web. You cannot post your salute in a public place, so if you don't have your own website, I recommend that you open a free account at Geocities (http://geocities.yahoo.com/gcp/) and upload it there.
Next, contact Myspace via this form (http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=misc.contactInput&primarySubject=2&secondarySubject=9), provide the web address (URL) of the Salute photo, and the web address of the Myspace profile you cannot access. Explain the situation, cross your fingers and howl at the full moon. With a bit of luck your Myspace password will be sent to your email inbox.
Sometime this process DOES WORK for some people. If you don't get a reply after several days, send your salute again... and keep trying! "

Don't worry...you need to just wait a few hours to try again or keep refreshing the page. It's been happening to lots of ppl...it's nothing to fear.
Phishers don't typically lock you out of your account by changing your pw on you...they're not that smart!! Just give it some time, and you'll be able to change your password soon
=)

Well, for goodness sake, quit screaming. And get off the caps lock. This really gets tiresome trying to make sense out of someone screaming AHHh BLAH BLAH. If you know the email was phishing, and you opened it in spam or bulk mail, the question is WHY? Either report it as spoof to Yahoo or put it in spam and find something else to scream and yell about.

if you do a web search for myspace security you will find that it is unsafe, never put any personal detail on that web site, it is being hacked into on a daily basis and people are having their Identity and email addresses, stolen,
