I have a terminal illness and FIGHT TO STAY ALIVE ONE MORE DAY and you wish you were dead? Quit feeling sorry for yourself and get out there and make a life for yourself. Dead is forever!

I have been through some really bad times in my life. Never once did I wish to be dead. I hated life at times, but I had choices and options to change things, just like you do. From what I understand, you made a mistake. Whatever it was, learn to deal with it no matter what the outcome. I feel bad for you and I know you are hurting. We all have times like that. Being dead is just another mistake that you won't be able to change.

i am sick all the time i have no job or income i have no support family or friends the only reason i am not on the streets anymore is that i got section 8 i get a roof over my head and can't pay light water gas or a home phone should i be happy in my dark house no water food or a way to get meds i am 55 no one cares if i live or die...i just wish i were dead..........

I have done in the past. Even tried to get there once... failed.
Sometimes i just want to curl up into a ball and go to sleep and not have to wake up... but i think that gets to us all.
what ever is the issue or mistake that may have been made, try as best to deal with it and if you can't resolve it... then accept what you can't change and instead move on.
Death I've realised isn't the answer, but it is a gateway to something else... but - you can't go until you're ready.

I never would hate life. It is the only wonderful thing we have.
I may somehow hate myself many times (a lot, lately), for what I'm doing to myself ... but I also do not want to change, and yet I make radical changings ... But, still, I'm happy.

I always rememer the number one rule...nothing ever stays the same. unfurtunately that applies to happy good things as well. but I just brace myself for all the ups and downs the best that I can. and move on.
try that frame of mind and see if lifes better to handle for you as well. cant hurt right?

I have thought about it recently and no one can say they have never thought about it a time or two in life but the key is not to act on these notions.

Not often, but it does get me sometimes. I'm not trying to minimize it, but it's usually medication-related, or hormonal, in my case. Have you seen a doctor about it? They have great meds that can ease the pain while you're figuring out what to do about the cause!

I used to...because I lost everything in my life...and almost everyone...i was on meds and hated it, and now I take vitamin b ....
things do get better just say a prayer and I will pray for you....

I mean when I get embarrassed or things don't go my way I feel like I want to dissappear, but that is no reason not to like life, this is all ya got you better enjoy it, people have it worse, enjoy life, relize the truth, you might not be here tomorrow, so please everyone like your life! God is there, if your suffering from depression, get help!
