You might do better if you check out some stores. The fabric/Jewelry district of NYC has everything imaginable!

Hi:

Why not do this make a thin carboard stencil put some well space holes on it use a paper hole cutter (availiable at any craft store) . Then buy some purple ribbon and using a stencil brush, yellow paint and the cardboard stencil over the ribbon. and make some yellow polka dots on it- allow the paint to dry overnight before using it .

and then you have what you want.

This works for me when I wanted some specially made ribbons and could not find it.

Have you looked in your local fabric and craft stores? They usually have quite a variety available.
