i have seen many times that his poop clings onto him and doesnt fall and its always very long and usually in a spiral

That's just how fish poop. It will eventually fall down. However, are you 100% certain it's just poop and not potentially some sort of parasite, such as intestinal worms? Watch your fish and see how the poop "behaves". If it falls down and does indeed seem like poop and doesn't start doing what poop shouldn't, such as swim around, then your fish is fine.

Constipation. You may be feeding too much dry food. Goldfish poop should fall and break apart easily. Try some skinned peas for them to eat once and a while. Brine shrimp can also clean out the gut. Feed a little less.

It is normal for fish. Believe me. But if it falls down and starts swimming, it may be parasites and your fish is sick.

Because it does, i've had all types of fish and some always were like that.
