Doing a story, and need a name for a teacher - not too strict, teaches good lessons, listens.
Also a name for a best mate of the main character: boy, 15, bit of a rule breaker, hard time at home, that sort of thing.

Is the teacher a boy or girl? if its a boy a name could be MR. Lestat, or if it's girl umm, it could be MRS. Shan. or you could even do it the other way around, do MRS. Lestat and MR. Shan
And for the boy about 15 who is a rule breaker I would give the name Joey Magee, but his nick name that every one uses would be "Maniac" Magee

Hi Malone I use unusual names in my books.
So the teacher is Mrs. Fingernettle, and the young boy is called Brian the hard guy.
I don't know, maybe I had a school bully called Brian.
I hit him on the nose, which settled the matter, but Mrs. Fingernettle was not happy.
Me and Brian settled down to become goog pupils, and went enentually to Uni together.
Mr Dodds, another good name is no longer with us, but I pay him tribute for not teaching me to swim.
I now teach water skiing.

Mrs Townsend - in my mind a picture an older lady, with a kind side to her , motherly at times but can give a good telling off when needed!
