Mind that Mike Scioscia is the most successful manager in team history and is the only one to lead the team to 3 playoff berths, 2 division titles, a World Series appearance and title, leads the team in wins by a manager, in 2002 won AL Manager of the Year, and is quite popular amongst fans and players.

Right now I say no. Yes, he's won a WS and was the first manager to lead his teams to back-to-back AL West titles in 2004 and 2005. But not right now. If he does more before he retires or gets fired, then maybe. But sitting here today I say no. But eJay's and desertviking's comments about the windbreaker are funny.

His windbreaker ought to be encased in glass and sent over to Chavez Ravine, since the Dodgers (after Mike's stint as manager of the Triple-A Albuquerque Dukes) didn't think Mike had MLB field staff potential.

NO. With only one WS ring not even close. Even if he wins a few more they shouldn't retire #14. Come on does anyone know hes 14. When have you ever seen him with out the wind breaker. Its 100 out and you have the wind braker on. How do I even know he has it on under it. Retire the wind braker
