no, they are called chain letters. back in the day (before the internet was everywhere) we used to put one into somebody's desk at school when nobody was looking, and then waite to see how long it took for everyone to get them.

there is no truth to them at all.

P.S. I am a Pagan that does believe in magic, and evil spirits. i simply have never seen a chain letter that had any effect. expecially over E-Mail.
