It's a birth mark. That part of her forehead hasn't got the same amount of melanin (dark pigmentation) as the rest of her.
It's makes her look older though.

She has a birth mark, you can see it when she develops a tan. The light streak in her hair is natural. I think it looks pretty cool!

Kara Louise has a birthmark on one side of her facethat extends to her hair! this is why one side of her face and hair is lighter than the other!

I think it's to do with the pigment in her skin but I like the streak in her hair and i thinks she's quiet attractive.

well... this happened 2 my hair... i have a blond streak down my hair, it was bleached and it was cool. Halloween came and i died the strip purple (however this was a wash in wash out solution) then as i washed it out it became grey and looked like i lost my hair... i believe this is what happened to her, as when she went in it was blond and she showed and now its grey.
