I do believe in ghosts, I have not seen one since I was a child, but I don't seem to have that gift anymore. My daughter has a very strong gift of seeing spirits (ghosts or whatever you want to call them), especially animals
. I also have a friend who is constantly followed by spirits and they play tricks on her and such. We have to sage her home and take other protective measures for her because some of them are naughty. She just seems to attract the naughty ones.
Last year, I also was approached by a girl working in a restaurant where I was having lunch alone...she asked me where the woman who had been with me when I ordered lunch had gone? I gave her a blank look, and then she described my mother, who passed in 2001, to a T. I had goosebumps the size of pencil heads throughout my lunch from that experience. I bet she did too when I told her she had described my long passed mother.
So YES, to your answer.... :)

Yes I do believe in ghosts. I did when I was a little girl, and my then 2 year old boy used to see them at our old apartment.

I don't believe in ghost. But there are houses that are really haunted (I'm not kidding). Many believe that is because of ghosts. But I believe that it's just spirits.

No.

At death we are resting in the grave until judgement day, so ghosts cannot be true.
But wicked spirits abound in the earth. They pretend to be ghosts. So be careful and read all of this for protection.

(John 5:27-29) 27 And he has given him authority to do judging, because Son of man he is. 28 Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.

(Acts 24:15) 15 and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

(Ecclesiastes 9:4-6) 4 For as respects whoever is joined to all the living there exists confidence, because a live dog is better off than a dead lion. 5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

(Romans 6:21-23) 21 What, then, was the fruit that YOU used to have at that time? Things of which YOU are now ashamed. For the end of those things is death. 22 However, now, because YOU were set free from sin but became slaves to God, YOU are having YOUR fruit in the way of holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.

(Revelation 12:7-12) 7 And war broke out in heaven: Mi´cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”

(Job 1:7) 7 Then the Lord said to Satan: “Where do you come from?” At that Satan answered God and said: “From roving about in the earth. . .
