i mean, we all know that theres is actually something going on all over places, the war in iraq, the global warming, the people arent to helpful with all the crimes and deaths, everything is going on, no one ever knows what can possibly happen next, were not THAT prepared for another terrorism(i hope not) but is people really prepared if something like that happens? people go here and there like if there actually wasnt anything going on, but there is. this once time i was walking with some people and then from one instance to another i said, hey guys, did you know the world war 3 just broke up? 2 of them were like, Ohh MY GOSH, your kidding me, they got scared but dont they notice that it can actually happen? i dont mean me, i dont really care if a world war brakes down but im trying to show a point, people arent prepared, something can happend and they dont notice.

Hence the saying "ignorance is bliss." Also you don't directly experience the bad things everywhere, so they seem unreal. Also it is probable that i die before I write this answer. But it's highly unlikely. That is why I havn't already said bye to everyone and made a will :P Probablity. Also then there are people like you, who don't care, or are to lazy :P

People can walk calmly without putting attention that there is actually something going on somewhere is because they live in the illusion that they are separated from the rest; that if they live their own lives just good enough and smoothly, they can be at peace for the rest of their lives. They believe that other people are experiencing the lives they are experiencing only because of their own choices, and no one else's.

Like what I said, this is just an illusion. You notice their shock when finally they found out what's real. How did they get affected by what's going on somewhere that is not even within the fences of their backyard? Then they'll ask, "What did I do? Why are they blaming us? Why do I have to deserve this? I didn't do anything!"

They didn't even see it coming. How can they when they refused to see the beginning in the first place?

Every single one of the choices we make every minute of every hour of everyday affects the choices all people all over the world make like in a domino effect. We are all One. Some just refuse to accept this reality because they believe it's too much of a burden, too much of a responsibility. In short, they choose to be lazy and weak.

The real strong ones and those who are really awake are those who can carry a brother.

it is hard to walk calmly , knowing, and no matter what you know, how prepared you try to be, anything can happen.
if you prepare against a terrorist, the next tornado might get you

so you have to keep it all in perspective, something a nurse told me, when i was newly pregnant with my child, and really anxious about what is best, what i should do /shouldnt do, really applies to that and to most all situations,
she said "be cautious and do the best you can, but dont overly worry"
and i think that is about all we as humans can do
i dont think its that people dont know, or dont care, about potential issues/threats, i think its more that they do know there is no need to over worry about it, anything can happen, our government nor ourselves can protect us from it, we just have to have hope and live our lives,
and recognize that in America, its better then in other places, and its also better now then its been in the past
we dont live with it every day, we for the most part are able to go on with our daily lives, that is more then many get

It's no use living your life in fear of something that may happen tomorrow, years from now, or never. It would be really hard to enjoy the amount of time we have on Earth if all we think about is preparing for the worst.

There is a lot going on out there!!! I feel that everything is in God's hands and I just carry on and do what I need to do!!!
The Bible says, "Be not afraid...it is just the growing pains of the world".
May God bless you.
