In my case it was a frog, who sneaked up the leg of my jeans when I was gardening, it was like stuck to my calf!! Ewww!
Had to rip my jeans off in the garden, much to the partners delight!
Also got bitten by a spider when I put jeans off the washing line on! Always shake them!!!

I was once working 12 hour nights, 7 days a week, and one night the factory shut down for a repair and so i laid on some old cardboard on the floor and fell asleep, i woke up when a mouse ran up my trouser leg, scared the life out of me !!.

A spoon! We played a game were we had to pass the spoon (which was attached to string) down the ladies jeans/pants, and up the mens trousers (then back again!!)

does it have to be jeans in particular? i remember years ago when i was at a butlins holiday camp we had this silly competition which involved tucking our trousers into our socks then dropping peanuts down the tops of our trousers into the legs, then (still trying to keep it clean) members of the opposite gender (the women) would reach into our trousers and retrieve as many peanuts as possible in one minute.-great fun, even if it was a bit saucy.

A ferret, when i was a wee laddie we all used too have pet ones, it was the only place we could keep them to sneak them into school!! Did i mention they have a habit of biting!!!

I live near a forest so I get a lot of squirells round my house. I think you know what comes next. Lets put it this way - Scared squrells bite hard.

yeah, I had a small green lizard in the pocket once. I never put pants outside to dry again.
