Ive tried sooo many sites and some of them work but then I can't find working ROMs. If somebody could find me a site to download an emulator and find me a working Pokemon Diamond/Pearl version it would be MUCH appreciated

BTW, there are no "perfect" DS emulators yet. It takes time for people to develop good emulators. All of them suffer from compatibility problems. You can find DS emulators (and emulators for many other consoles) at:

Tpb/Isohunt. Download the NO$GBA emulator v 2,6. This is the best emulator there is. When you find it, you must always have sound on, or Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will crash, and you must save in-game.
