The next Amendment should be to remove all amendments above the first 10 Amentments. This would take us back to being a Sovereign People and a Sovereign Nation.
The second Amendment to return to the Gold Standard.
The third Amendment should be to rid congress of all Lobist's.
The forth Amendment should be to industry responsible for their acts where one or more lives were taken by a drug or chemical.

Actually I have two that I'd like to see. The first would be to give the line item veto to the president so that it cannot be declared unconstitutional again. The second would be to amend article two to eliminate the requirement that the president be a natural born US citizen.

I have three proposals.
One, true equal protection -- eliminating all distinctions based on gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
Two, campaign reform -- fixing corruption in politics.
Three, restoring the 10th Amendment -- taking away the abuse of legislative power that tries to regulate what we eat, how we drive, what we watch or read or thing....

I think it should be for the protection of chickens in the slaughter houses. They go through so many tortures like being boiled alive and haveing their throats cut, their beaks cut off so they cant peck. Its awful!! They should have the protection they deserve. It should state that Chickens marked for slaughter must be free range chickens so they will at least be healthy and happy up until their deaths.

A hard limit on how much money the government can steal from the people. This would include all money demanded by any entity having the power to tax the people. From the lake districts and school districts, to the federal government. And it would include any fees, licenses, taxes, and levies of any type.
Or, make all taxes, licenses, fees, and fines, completely voluntary.
Socialists would be free to DONATE as much of their own money as they wished to the government.
The only way to control government is to control the money they can steal from us.
