I love the scene from the Holy Grail where John Cleese is at the top of the castle bantering with Arthur at the gates and says that he does not want to join the quest for the Holy Grail as "we already have one you see!" and then when he says " now go away or I will taunt you a second time!"
Excellent!

Holy Grail is near perfection so about anything but I really like the Frenchman's 'Tauntings"
TV show-The funniest joke, The agruement Clinic, and of course the dead parrot sketch and any of the "stop that stop that this is all too silly" moments
Here is the usa we didn't get the tv show till the mid 70's but i remember buying the records Before I even saw the show- my friends and I knew who john cleese was because the radio show I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again had been running on our local NPR station and we were fanatics about it=plus we had been watching shows like Dr in the House and Dad's Army ( for some reason Seattle has an early history with Britcoms) anyways I knew most of the records by heart.
On the Real Life Python moments I would say meeting Micheal Palin and getting a photo with him at a local booksigning.... seeing ( but not meeting) the late great Graham Chapman doing his one man show, seeing and briefly meeting Eric Idle doing his show, and after standing in line for nearly 3 hrs for Return tickets seeing tim curry on broadway for Spamalot-- Say No More :)

From the series it would have to be Dimsdale and the animated hedgehog, also the Spanish Inquisition with the comfy chair skit.
Also, everything from the Holy Grail especially the Castle Anthrax scene, the entire killer rabbit scene "what behind the rabbit?" and especially Dennis the peasant - You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!

Flying Circus TV: "The Bicycling Tour of Cornwallis" /
Film: The Taunt "Your Mother was a Hamster and Your Father Smealt of Elderberry" from one of 'The Knights that Say Nee' (Holy Grail). /
(Also loved the Visual Gag in "Life of Brian" when Brian opens the upper-floor thatch door after a night of sex and in front of him stood 1000's of would be worshippers.)

The dead parrot sketch and the Spam sketch I also love the new song in their new stage show. I also like `the lumberjack song` and `Always look on the bright side of life` cheers me up when I feel depressed a bit.

The Life Of Brian, when the king "Mr Pale" is talking and the guards are trying to stop themselves laughing at the way he speaks, that is soooo funny.

So many to choose from! Its a toss-up between:
Life of Brian: "No-one is to stone anyone until I blow this whistle!"
Meaning Of Life: "Who is it darling?" "Its a Mr Death. He's come about the reaping..."
or Mr Creosote & the Wafer-Thin Mint.....

i admire the "Mr. and Mrs. Git" comedian strip from the television coach,... "Mr. A Snivelling Little Rat-confronted Git" and "Mrs. Dreary fat uninteresting old Git" they pass directly to call their infants interior the comedian strip too. I additionally like the Gilliam animation of "some royal individual" excusing herself from a severe-society party to pass to the washroom, and all you pay attention interior the historic past is what feels like,....
