My computer is blue screening and it will not boot from the windows xp cds? Please Help!!!?

What can I do to fix this...how can i reformat if it doesn't boot from the cds?

go into the BIOS (usually "delete" or "F1" during the boot-up) and change the boot order to cd first. Restart and when it says "boot from cd" hit enter and that should have it

Get to ms-dos mode i cant remeber how during boot up then type format
