I think they're a complete turn-off. Does anyone else feel the same?

I agree. Short, natural-looking is best. Otherwise is ugly and obviously anyone who's got them is way too high-maintenance.

Yes, I agree. I also don't like it when I see older women (over 24) with million color airbrush. Now on a young girl I (13-23) I can understand the airbrush. But the long fingernails, it's just ghetto and in some instances (say changing diapers, typing nail can get caught between the keys) dangerous.

I think they're nasty and breeding grounds for all types of hideous things. I worked in a hospital where NONE of the employees were allowed to wear them. They are KNOWN to be the cause of secondary bacterial infections from health care provider to patient in hospital settings, and that's enough for me.

Not only are they ugly, they're nonfunctional! I don't know how anyone can be functional with those things on!
