Four Winns is one of the largest builders of fiberglass boats in the US. They've a lot of deckboats, runabouts, sportboats and family cruisers.
Regal are well known for their contemporary style and good resale values.
So it depends on money first of all and the model particulary.

four winns has a superior hull --- that is the best ... good luck and if it's used you win and if it is a new one ''good'' for you ....

There is very little real difference between most popular runabouts or cruisers.
