usaly nothing, they delete some adware and spyware and defrag your computer, which you can do already. but if you want to add like hardware make your comp faster/better i recommand buying the parts and installing it your self, places that do that stuff charge you way too much for nothing

Probably not much...run scandisk, virus/spyware scanners, delete cookies, temp files, maybe defrag?
