I am a clean hand freak. I must wash them every 15 minutes. I am also afraid to touch things in public places. I keep sanitizing wipes with me at all times and if I cannot wash them soon, I start having anxiety attacks. It's a little nuts.

I additionally did while i replaced into around your age. i ultimately outgrew it by using fact i did no longer comprehend what it replaced into back then. I nevertheless go through with a sprint OCD, yet can administration it. All I do is think of approximately it while it happens and get it decrease than administration by ability of telling myself to end. What I nevertheless do is tighten the dazzling on a bottle, milk carton, pop, toothpaste, unquestionably something that screws on and that i'd desire to tighten and untighten and retighten 5 or 6 circumstances in a row until it feels like the dazzling is on suitable. stupid huh? yet as quickly as I comprehend that i'm doing it, I tel myself to end and then it somewhat is all good. so a strategies as wanting to the touch a woman n stuff...properly, your hormones are changing plenty and that i think of that's commonplace questioning at your age. i thought the comparable issues at 13 and now know it somewhat is basically area of transforming into up amd as long as you do no longer act out on those kind of innovations, you would be basically high quality. ~Tom

I like my home to be clean and organized.
My kitchen cabinets come right out to the movie " sleeping with the enemy" All cans are label forward and everything has its proper place. If a can is knocked over or moved out of place I can't ignore it like most ppl ... it has to be fixed immediately. Freaky but not the worst OCD problem. But I don't get upset with others. I realize this is just my lil dysfunctional problem. However it can be quite frustrating when they know this causes me stress.

Something with doors I like my doors shut when I am in my room(reading, computer, sleeping), even my closet door.*goes up to shut door* MY bathroom door was open a crack. I also don't like when other people leave lights on, I'll do it, but I don't like it mainly when others do it. Also if I see a door open I want to close it, unless I know it has a purpose in being open.

O, I also don't like asymmetrical things a lot, and I will have to have some things in a certain place. I like some things in order. At school I put my folders in order of hour, same thing with notebooks.

I organized my clothes drawers to be tanks w/ tanks, short sleeves with shortsleeves shirts, etc. AND in color order. with shorbottoms and shortest to longest length in color order and together. My shirts are from shortest sleeve to longest sleeve.

I don't really have rituals, I just want things in certain places.

I also count things, like stairs.

I just remembered, I also have an abnormal fear of not having something I will need, like I will not even throw away all of my school papers at the end of the year unles they specifically say to throw them away.

well, i have to have things symmetrical. idk why. and if they aren't, i get all annoyed and mad and stuff. sometimes it's not as bad. and sometimes i also keep a bunch of stuff i don't need because i'm afraid i will forget things. and i label things a lot and write things a lot. like if the teacher asks me to write notes on the chapter, i try to write the important stuff, but i end up basically copying the whole chapter minus a few sentences.and my symmetry thing is like will. if someone pokes my arm, i have to poke the other arm, or else i can feel it there all day until i poke the other arm.

when I was a kid, i had rituals. i had to walk a certain number of steps, a "good" number. if i walked a "bad" number i'd start over. Things like that. Now that I'm an adult, it's more intrusive thoughts than rituals, but I've been on medication since I was a kid so that helps :)

I am the same way. I also can't stand it when someone else washes my dishes. I have to wash them to make sure they are clean. I am obsessive about keeping my apartment clean. And my car. Weird, I know. I am pretty much like Monica from Friends.
