If she is not, they will have to find someone to play her character who appears in the last 2 books and she is in the ending of the "Deathly Hallows"

But anyway .. well the only people confirmed to come back are Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco... everyone else is just up in the air. I am assuming that she will, as in an interview or article Bonnie said that she would be watching the cho/harry kissing scene because she was thinking about how she had to kiss him in the next movie... i suppose she was putting herself in katie's position, and being prepared.
I dont think anyone from the cast will leave yet .... but well you never know.
I personally hope she doesnt leave because she is perfect for ginny, despite what everyone else says about her not being pretty enough, and all...
But yeah overall the chances are pretty good :)
