steroids?...why do you think he hit any on steroids?...has he tested positive any of the times that major league baseball randomly tested him? I know that they do actually test people because Darryl Strawberry failed many times...but i've never heard of barry bonds failing a drug test administered by his employer, Major League Baseball...

weird assumption...its funny what people will believe just so that they can lessen the feats of others..without any PROOF or FACTS...

for every person out there who claims that they "know" bonds took steroids, there is a person who can claim different...
personally, without proof, people like you are just perpetuating the lie...it doesn't matter what you THINK he did...it only matters what you can PROVE he did...

steroids are illegal, and i don't see any police department arresting him...
steroid use in baseball, administered by a doctor or not, is illegal, and i don't see barry bonds getting suspended or fired from his job...

proof people...you need proof...stop being brain dead sheep that are led around by a media and opportunistic conmen that are creating a story to make money for themselves...

No they shouldn't put an astersik next to his name. Nothing should be taken away either.

He is a great player and not stupid. There is still no evidence that he used steroids. Its just the media blowing things up like they always do. The media is stupid not Barry.

Until he is proven guilty, his stats should still stand and everyone should give the guy a break jesus, none of the other players who were found guilty of steroids are treated like Barry.

and how do you suggest they find out which HRs were hit with steroids? he is still the greatest HR hitter of all time, he is still the most feared hitter today, and he is the only guy in the 500-500 club (hrs-stolen bases). besides, hardly anyone knows that hank aaron admitted to using amphetamines. so if aaron gets a free pass why doesnt bonds? they havent even proven that bonds used steroids. he has NEVER failed a drug test. innocent until proven guilty.

Hitting a home run requires good timing, good eye contact and skill, none of which I feel are enhanced by steroids. To do that 755 times is amazing. I don't think any of his home runs should be taken away, nor do I believe there should be an asterisk by his name. In the big world picture, this is such a non-item to me.

Michael, when exactly did he test positive before it was illegal???? You are very uninformed.

As far as this question goes -- sounds like it was asked by someone that knows nothing about baseball, Barry Bonds, steroids, or much of anything.

Unless major league baseball can hang a postive test on Bonds, they can't do a d--- thing. Keep doing what you're doing Barry, don't let anyone tell you different.

I think until he is convicted under a court of law he deserves the honor. I just wonder where was the outrage when McGuire broke the home run record even though it was questioned at the time that he was using aphemedies? perhaps skin color has something to do with that double standard?

WOOOOHOOOOO YEAH BABY

You know what? As long as Henry Aaron is in your heart, he will always be homerun King... but as for the record, Barry is going to be King.

Sure why not. I got one for ya, let's put you in charge of researching his career and letting us know which ones he hit while roided up and which ones were clean. Good luck with that. Do people realize what they're saying sometimes or do they just jump on the bandwagon and repeat what other misinformed idiots say?
