Is it because my right to privacy no longer exists? (aka illegal search and seizure that is now legal)

Locutus (below) Absolutely INCORRECT.

The law stated that no interchange that connected to US soil could be monitored WITHOUT a warrant.

That law is now gone thanks to Bush and the house and senate.

If you were speaking to someone outside the country you never had the right to privacy. You conducted the conversation via a third party the only expectation of privacy you had you gave up when you dialed the phone.

The laws that apply in country do not apply to international calls. You should know that.

You need to look up Echelon.

It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they are applied.

Since the early 70's the NSA has always had access to your phone calls. Voice recognition tools pick up key words like assassinate, kill, etc. and then record the call and refer it to an analyst. If you are a Fundamentalist Islamist, they wouldn't even wait for the key words - assume every one of your conversations is recorded and listened to especially if you are speaking Arabic.

So essentially, if you are making a phone call, especially an overseas phone call, your right to privacy hasn't existed for at least 30 years.

Even though according to your posts, your about as anti- american as they come, I doubt that anyone in the government would be very concerned with your usual rhetoric.
