I need a form processing script which i can fit in the backend without showing advertisement on the form where i can find such kind of ad free and fully functional script.

What is it that you are trying to do? http://mybranding.info usually have a bunch of scripts and if you email them they will send you a link if they do not have one on their site.
They are committed to not charging for stuff that is freely available on line - I emailed them, asked for a no right click script and got a reply same day with a link!

If you have a CGI bin on your server, I can provide you with a script that will allow you to create any form and fields you need and email the results to your email.
