Live in England, we pay taxes so when ever we need the emergency services, such as ambulances or need an operation it comes "free" in a word... Britains got the best Health service set up in the world apparently.

Yes. It is one of the benefits of working for a health insurance company. Actually, I've seen better policies that we've sold that are better than what we are offered, but I'm not complaining.

Yes ... Alberta Health Care. It pays for everything (other than dental), and the premiums are very reasonable ... depending on your income. I also have Blue Cross .. also reasonable premiums, and covers 70% of my prescriptions.
