I just want to know, how good will FSX work with a ATI Radeon X1650 SE Graphic Card?

depends on the resolution you want to fly with;
forget about it for 1650x1080 or 1600x1200 with any decent detail level; 1280x1024 might just work out with limited detail level; i had better performance with a 9800XT then with a X1600Pro (with 512MB). a X800XT PE beats them both, easily. the limited memory bitwidth (128 bit) of the X1-600 shows its limitation, there. the SE would be even worse, with only 64 bit (!!!).
skip it; if you are serious about FS-X take a X1-600XT.
or even a 2nd hand X800 (even the X-800 SE has at lease 128bit)
advice: nope, will be nothing but frustration.

yeaa it will work i have ati x1600 . just note that you need 256 mb of Ram . and 512 mb Ram <----- Recommended

yes it will work, it wont run great, u will have to graphic detail on low, but it will work.
