I know to read a story that I can get something out of. It can be about whatever.
But more so I would like to read a book about maybe- love, dating, relationships, and such.

I would suggest that you read the book Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt it is an amazing story that taught me to appreciate life. Another story that is a good novel is Kite Runner. If you are looking for a good love story i suggest that you read Anthem by Ayn Rand. It is not focused on love but within the story there is a story of two people falling in love even though society is against it. Hope i was of some assistance.

A great read is "The Agony and the Ecstasy" by Irving Stone

*** but dont read 'invisible monsters' first cause its waaayyy confusing read it after you get used to chuck palahniuks amazing style. i recommend you read 'survivor' or 'haunted' first.
