Go to a hobby store (the type that has model railroad supplies) and ask for a "CA debonder." They'll have several types and brands.
CA debonder is "cyanoacrylate debonder" and cyanoacrylate is the technical name for what superglues are.
Acetone can work too especially for getting two things apart which have superglue on them (like fingers), but the CA debonder may work more easily or with less damage to your hair... ask at the hobby shop.

Acetone will dissolve the Krazy Glue, but as someone pointed out, it will do a NUMBER on the finish of your car!!
IF you can get into your car and have a little "mechanical" apptitude: remove the door handles / locks and then apply the acetone away from the car-finish.
My best suggestion would be to call a lock-smith or your car-dealer.
Sorry to hear someone had such a sick sense of humor

Nail polish remover gets it off fingers but I don't know about car locks. Even if this works you might not get it all out. How did you get it in the car locks?
Suggestion: Forget trying to dissolve it - call a locksmith and change the locks.

there is those products in a Windex-like spray bottle called "Dissolve-It" that could be a real miracle worker while it contains removing something glue-based. It additionally comes off incredibly easy with a humid paper towel, in spite of leaving a comfortable greasy spot before each and every thing. merely be beneficial to no longer get it on the section which you recently fastened!

Nail polish remover with acetone will disolve the crazy glue. I don't know what it would do to the paint, so just be very careful with it. Good luck.

Acetone will dissolve crazy glue under ordinary circumstances. I don't know what it will do to your paint job though. Ask Bob Vila.

You could try nail polish remover (the kind with acetone). The acetone should be able to dissolve it. Otherwise, ask a locksmith.
