A-Rod is one of the best players in baseball today, if not the best player today. He just got his 500th home run, and he is the youngest player to reach 300, 400, and now 500 home runs. He's going at a fast pace. He's the ONLY player to hit at least 35 home runs and have at least 100 RBI's 10 seasons in a row. That is a huge accomplishment. If injuries do nit bar him from playing, and if he plays long, he will surpass the all time home run record that Bonds will set.

The Detroit Tigers in a bit of a slump.

Yankees fan enormous time! despite if, in case you will say all of baseball, then postseason is merely a small portion of that. Mauer became for sure on hearth this 12 months and has been extraordinary with the Twins. Howard is suggestions-blowing. Pujols, as long as he can stay healthy, will circulate down in historic previous as between the main suitable to ever play the sport. despite if, that reported, i do no longer think of A-Rod is overvalued or overpaid. he's a huge participant who brings in extra money then he gets paid. His placed up-season checklist up before has been rubbish, so that is nice to be certain him doing some thing for a metamorphosis. i think of A-Rod is merely a brilliant participant all around and consistant. each and every person complains approximately him because of the fact he seems to choke in enormous situations, yet his OBP is often extreme and his HR/RBI count variety is often extreme. Derek is likewise super and consistant. i think of with him however, it is many times been extra approximately his golden glove protection. enormous Tex is super. CC is a maximum suitable pitcher. Idk, that is stressful to choose because of the fact there are merely a lot of incredible gamers. i think of Pujols has the sting on the 2nd. via the time Pujols reaches his height, somebody else would be bobbing up. that's what's super approximately baseball.

I cant stand A-Rod, that being said. He's a great player, good offensively and defensively. He has some of the best #'s in the AL. However, I personally think that if Brandon Inge would get his batting "taken care of" he's be a shoe in for a golden glove. He's much better defensively than A-Rod.
Magglio Ordonez from the tigers currently has the best batting average. Plus as a team we have the highest avg.
We're just in a slump right now, give them 2 or 3 more games, they'll pull out of it.

Hardly the best in every possible way. But as for hitting, he's pretty good.
