Look at the clock. I want to see how much time I have before I need to do whatever it is I have to do that day. Then, I go to the bathroom for obvious reasons.

I stretch and do some simple yoga twists.

I brush my teeth because I hate the taste of morning breath and I need my breath fresh for the man I love.
